I'm a repeat customer. Had an A/C system that would not start. i called and said there was no hurry as the weather had turned cool again, but Jim said he could be here in two hours, and he was. Did some testing and probing and had it up and running quickly

I need the motor on the outside a/c unit replaced. I know this because two other a/c repair people told me so. I didn't do it right away as I was considering replacing the whole system but decided against it. By the time I'd decided, most a/c people were booked into the fall. Sierra was available soon. They came, messed with the system for a while, leaving some wires disconnected I think, seemed unfamiliar with the Bryant system and left wishing me "good luck"!

I have a 20 year-old reliable HVAC system, but the outdoor unit needs to be leveled. I called and spoke to Jim who advised me that the unit is approaching end of life, and that I should not invest anything in it at this point. He indicated that upon replacement, the unit would be leveled. I had spoken to a general contractor who offered to do the task but needed to find an HVAC specialist to work with him on the project. When it's time to get a new air conditioner and furnace, Jim and Sierra will be at the top of my list of firms to consider.
