Let me join in the chorus of praise for Sierra Heating & Air Conditioning! Jim helped to bail us out of a very tight spot during the heatwave of July 2024. Our house was scheduled to go on the market on Friday. On Wednesday night, we discovered that our A/C wasn't working. We were able to do a little diagnosis on our own so we knew approximately where the problem was. But we weren't able to fix it. Armed with that knowledge, Jim swooped in, fixed the problem, and got the A/C running in time for our first showing on Thursday. Jim is an experienced pro, and we are so grateful to him for helping us in our time of need!

Jim from Sierra Heating and Air Conditioning is an honest, experienced professional who I plan to use from now on for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. My A/C went out on a day when the heat index was 100. While he couldn’t come the day I called, he told me he would come the next day and he was true to his word. During the first call he provided advice to help diagnose the problem and gave me recommendations to prevent further damage to my unit. The outdoor unit ended up needing a part replaced and he had my A/C back up and running in less than an hour! The price was very reasonable and I am very grateful. Highly recommend!

Jim and his assistant do outstanding work and I highly recommend their company. Jim took my call on Sunday afternoon regarding my air conditioning issues when the outside temperature was hovering around 100 degrees and he arrived at my home and repaired the unit Monday morning. They are a pleasure to deal with and extremely efficient.
