John Clower came to my home, assessed my infrastructure and what I was requesting, and suggested an option (wall-mounted heat pump) that would be much less expensive than what I originally was thinking of (heat pump with flexible ductwork). The company was very flexible on the installation date while I did some work on the outside of my house prior to the installation. The installation was completed on schedule on the agreed installation date. The Energy Star unit is whisper quiet.
