Carlos is incredibly friendly and helpful. My husband and I have gone to him twice with some complicated tax questions and we got an appt. right away, and received solid advice in a warm friendly manner. We're going to take our taxes to him this year. He is also very involved with the neighborhood - heading up a lot of initiatives in the community that are needed - from youth street festivals, to building a big flea market in an empty lot, to running the committee about the Purple Line metro, to finding a new life for the lovely Flower Ave. Theatre. He is an "old school" small businessman. Support this guy and his great business!
