Absolutely do not recommend Sylvan pools. We were promised quality product and service for resurfacing our pool and three years later, we are still dealing with workmanship issues. They have no quality control and do not follow their own procedures. The only way we were able to get their attention after months of phone calls and emails was with a bad review. As soon as the review went up, we received a call to remedy the situation. They did finally come out as promised this year to try to fix the issue...but it took our calling them to ensure that we were on their schedule. For a company that has built pools for decades, we were shocked at how terrible their work has been.
