Paperwork was disorganized. They forgot some of the paperwork, and we needed to remind them of some of the documentation and ultimately had to make a second trip there because of their mistakes. They also seemed impatient when we were double-checking the paperwork (although it was closing time, so they may have wanted to leave), preventing us from noticing a few minor mistakes that required us to return.
