The therapist, Jessica, is excellent. The office staff is disorganized however. They've lost my records, forget to check in with my therapist for my appointment while I'm waiting (and I have to remind them), and either overwhelmed or disorganized. When they need me to fill out all the paperwork again I have to do it before my session - if they called to tell me (or emailed me) I'd come in early to do that - instead it takes up the time set for my session. Frustrating!
