Unanswered phone calls at every level of this institution. There is no physician on site every day (which they claim on their website). Arranging for care was arduous. Arranging for discharge was a joke. Getting a call back from anyone on the staff was just not going to happen. The nursing staff and PT staff were superior, and that is critical, but the administration fails to do anywhere near as well as their professionals. And that makes a difference to families.

Although we heard great things about the Hebrew Home their care for an elderly relative did not live up to their reputation. Staff was overworked and aloof. One was very dismissive and discourteous and patient calls for assistance took forever or were unanswered. We were very disappointed.
