David Lumb was fantastic for my 1st time home buying experience. He locked in a great rate for me and answered all my questions - big and small - and even helped me well after I purchased my home when I had more questions. The ability to speak with him on the phone or quickly get a reply back via email beats out any of these larger companies. Highly recommend my boy David.
