This comment is the follow-up I promised in my rating of April 13, 2024. That comment was on purchasing mattresses; this is on delivery and adjustments since. The deliveries came as scheduled on May 3, 2024. That was when I discovered I had mistakenly bought the standard foundation. (Foundation is what I used to call the box springs.) That foundation is 9" thick and it plus the mattress were so high my feet could not touch the floor when I sat on the bed. The sales woman, Karen, had asked if I wanted the standard or slim foundation (that one is 5" thick) and I assumed my old one was standard when i ordered the new standard one. I was mistaken about my old foundation. I called Karen back about my problem, and she arranged for me to swap my standard for a thin foundation. Amazingly, the only charge was for the delivery of the thin and return of the standard foundation. My standard foundation could no longer be sold as new, but Mattress Connection did not charge me anything for the swap.
