Owner of company spent his time wanting to tell me I am an idiot for reading the Bible. He is extremely difficult to understand. I have special govt made grass seed, hybrids made for low maintenance around highways and other places. It sends roots deeper and grows much slower than the grass seed everyone else has. Therefore mowing it every week is not going to work for me. He will only mow on the same day, only one week apart. He actually suggested having it mowed at one week intervals for 2 times and then waiting 2 weeks for the third time in a month. What? When others mow the grass only when it needs it. Merlin who came out was fantastic! I learned a lot from him and he is who I really wanted to mow my lawn but he has to do what his boss tells him. The only thing that would work is if Merlin was hired on his own time to bypass his boss. Too bad! Merlin is fantastic but the owner brought up that he reads the Bible just to set me up and tell me that I am stupid and he does not believe in God. He kept me on the phone doing this for about 20 minutes. I have no idea why they are rated so high. From my experience they need to be knocked down a notch as I guess everyone else wants their lawn mowed every week, whether it is raining or not, and even if your grass does not need to be mowed every week. How fast grass grows depends on the amount of sun and rain and temperature. My experience with Bill Thatcher and others who want to mow every week is that they just want to get as much money from you as possible. Good Luck!
