Rest in Peace, Mr. Johnson. You were a rare gem: Professional, knowledgeable, and honest. You had years of making people happy by returning to them a smoothly running machine that had been for them a frustrating hunk of useless metal. Also, because you kept so much out of the landfill, you deserved a environmental award. Always friendly, you were interested in your customers, and they were interested in learning about your life. You enjoyed times with your wife who loved traveling with you, when you were able. A life lived well!

I haven't used Johnsons because they won't answer their phone and their voice mailbox is full. The phone message says they are picking up 10 am-noon Tuesdays and Saturdays at a central location but don't say where that is. An internet search shows the location to be 12035 Nebel St., Rockville, MD. I arrived there very recently at 10:30 am, but no one was there. If they are no longer in business, they should change their phone message, so people like me don't waste my time and become frustrated and annoyed.

They're not answering their phone and their message service is full. So "leave your name and phone number" is pretty pointless when you can't.
