The average price of replacing as garbage disposal, according to Forbes, is $225, which includes BOTH the price of parts and labor, https://www.forbes.com/home-improvement/kitchen/garbage-disposal-replacement-cost/. These people are price gougers---do not use them. They were going to charge me $535 for replacing my old garbage disposal unit. I knocked them down $90 but that is still way too high. Shop around---you can do much better price-wise than these people.
