Have used Anthony a couple times over the last few years. Although a rather unusual individual the first couple times I felt he did a decent job at a reasonable rate. The last time he cleaned our gutters his rate was substantially higher and he just dumped the leaves and debris from the gutters on the shrubs below. Recently he sent us odd and confusing promotional information regarding doing gutter work for us this fall. Decided to give him another opportunity. His rates on one page were amended by fine print on another. When I casually questioned him as to why his rates had gone up so much he replied since you don't like my service I don't want to work with you and promptly hung up.
