We had our very old and poorly maintained alley garage completed renovated. One of the contractors we had initially contacted (but who wasn't available for the renovation) recommended these guys for the excellence of their work. I made the mistake of orchestrating the garage door installation independently from the contractor who was doing all the renovations. I thought I did an okay job coordinating information between the two, but I found out, in fact, I did not and the framing of the garage door opening changed between when the salesperson from Gaithersburg Garage doors did his measurements and when the installation person came to do the installation. The installation person worked wonders with the mistake and wound up being able to install the door by doing some creative alterations to the tracks (roller tracks). The garage door has worked well ever since the installation. We were pleased with the information the salesperson provided in making our initial selection and very pleased with the patient and helpful demeanor of the installer who had to deal with an unexpected situation.

Have used them for over a decade, including the replacement of the garage doors. From the scheduler to the technician everyone is "customer first" oriented. Prices are good and service is thorough and well done. Won't even consider anyone else.
