Shawn came out the same day I called, arrived in less than an hour, and finished the job in about an hour and 15 minutes. Replaced the broken springs, installed a new sensor, replaced the door rubber seal, and advised on maintenance. Very polite and professional. I hope I don't need to, but will call BBB again.

Sean came first thing on a Sunday morning and went right to work. By 10 AM I went inside to get a check from my wife and she was startled. "He's already done!" Two coil springs replaced in under an hour. Sean is an obviously intelligent and amiable young man who quickly gets the job done.
