I called two companies about installing cork flooring I had purchased through another retailer. Rene was a pleasure to work with on the estimate. He answered all my questions, anticipated/discussed/solved challenges with me in advance, and generally had a "don't worry, we can make this work" approach (very unlike the other company I got a quote from!). I was really pleased with the quality of the work, the speedy timeline, the level of communication, and the price. Would definitely hire Premier again.

Review Premier Floors, Rene Plata Referred by Flooring Amicus Green Building Center
Very glad I decided not to use. Premier Floors reschedule three times, before they finally came out to give me an estimate. They kept cancelling appointments which was very difficult for me because I am a teacher and had to request leave and arrange for a substitute teacher for each cancelled appointment. When Rene Plata, Premier Flooring specialist, did come out he didn’t apologize or acknowledge the trouble his cancellations caused me. After measuring Rene didn’t get back to me with promised estimate. I had to call him. He also said yes to everything I asked if he could do without advising me that it would be very expensive and not the best way to approach the job. Turns out he didn’t know how to do the job and wanted to come back to the house to measure again after Jason, the salesman from Amicus Floor, advised Rene that the job couldn’t be done as he planned. But neither one would tell me that the flooring I was trying to install was not suited for the type of stairs I had and trying to do so would not only cost a lot, but the finished job wouldn’t look good. I finally went to Floor Gallery in Rockville and was I so glad. Floor Gallery was professional, honest, gave reliable advice, and did a great job.
