Select Floor refinished two full levels of our home prior to resale. They were good to work with and their cost was significantly less than two refinishers recommended by our real estate agent, $5100 less for one, and $2800 less for the other. The one negative was that they marred the paint job on the metal banister leading upstairs and across the upstairs hallway in several places. It wa easy to fix though, and the cost difference still made them the right choice.

I found after they'd finished that they missed several spots. They did come back to complete the work, but it took multiple calls and over a month, and I wasn't offered any choice of date or time. Inferior work.
