I think better communication would have resulted in an exceptional result. I had language difficulty with the workman, and the office provided incorrect information regarding timing (they ended later than predicted), access to rooms, and instructions for moving furniture back (said workmen had taken photos: they hadn't, and furniture move was wrong). I inspected the result in the dark, and later in the light I found and felt, when barefoot, some areas where a second coat was missed...not serious (eg, small line where two halves of room did not match up etc)--I'd found some before and workman willingly fixed. He was helpful and did an overall very good job. They told me to put items in bathrooms to keep clean, but then they didn't cover under the door and this was the worst part of cleanup--stuff in the bathrooms entirely covered with dust.
