Referred to F3E via a DHHS webinar on retirement benefits and services. Found them extremely helpful at first, with good advice and insights on retirement, tax, and financial matters. Initial meetings are free, fees are involved if you purchase their tax services - I think they are a non-profit foundation. The only problem was in scheduling follow-up meetings for tax questions. Two meetings had to be rescheduled, passed to a financial person when I wanted to follow-up on tax questions. No response to latest request for a meeting on tax advice after 2 weeks. We have mixed feelings, they were extremely informative initially, but lack follow-through. Still, we got more than we paid for (services were free), so it's hard not to recommend them to get started.
