First, the installers knocked things over and broke something in my house. They didn't pay attention to the fact that what they were doing wasn't going to come out right, they just continued with the standard installation. They didn't tell me there was a problem until all was finished and cleaned up. If they had stopped earlier in the process and consulted me, we could have averted the problem. They also made a mistake with the simple issue of weather stripping. They suggested totally inadequate solutions. A man came back, after I complained, and said he would consult with the office and return to fix the weather stripping and other problem. He never came back. I called again and someone is supposedly coming to replace the weather stripping, but it sounds as if they are going to tell me I need to hire some one else to come in and finish the job properly, at my expense. This has been going on for months.

Do not let them in your house! They will take 90 minutes just take give you an estimate for 2 windows, and worse, they will lie to you to get in the door. They went around our whole neighborhood telling each of us they were working for the other neighbor already. If my neighbors hadn’t called me I wouldn’t have known he was telling them he already worked for us.

Qualified recommendation. High pressure salesmen, you must sign now to get best price. They recommended work that did need to be done. I complained and they agreed to refund half of the cost of the unneeded work. The quality of the work is very good, the installers cared about doing a good job.
