Our real estate agent recommended Sun to us for some LVP flooring and carpet removal. Did not provide adequate samples (small pictures). Scheduling was a little hit and miss, late. Workers left a few nails in the floor where they took up the carpeting, did not remove the stair runners as they were supposed to. Some scratches in the new LVP. Removed and discarded the carpet molding trim so we had to purchase new and replace at our cost $$$.

Sun's Carpet & Floors provided installation advice and details for our specific room, which proved accurate. We also wanted a runner that we had bought installed on the stairs, which they also took care of. They arrived on schedule and finished the project in a few hours.

Replaced the carpet in a first-floor bedroom. We made a mistake regarding when the installation would take place. They adjusted their schedule to accommodate our error. We tipped the install crew to compensate for their lost time. Great service.
