Fairly expensive. One worker quit during installation, which left one installer to work alone for over a week. Other than being short handed, the first 4 weeks went okay. The last 4 weeks were met with one challenge after another. I had to contact the fixture manufaturer (Kohler) to verify that they installed some of the fixtures incorrectly. They also provided the incorrect wall switch for the towel warmer ... twice. Finally, rather than installing the correct switch, they simply downgraded the power service ... after making several holes in walls and ceilings to run a new dedicated circuit. Tile had to be reseated and grouted more than once. Even though their own designer designed several features into the bathroom, the installers and foreman were unprepared and unskilled enough to properly install many of the items. The foreman sent the electrician out to fix several items several times, but the electrician was either unaware of the problems, or unprepared to address them. 3 months after the installation began, I'm still waiting for a few items to be completed, and punchlist items to be finished. Yes, I have called and emailed the owner who said he would get things fixed.
