They have done good work on my cars, and they proactively identify items that one should consider doing preventive maintenance on (belts, hoses, fluids, etc.) immediately, and also in the future. They even provide pictures (via text/email) of your car parts (i.e. parts that may be worn or potentially problematic in the future), so that one can easily see and understand their recommendations. They also provide thorough explanations for any recommended preventive surface. They are also just nice, friendly people.
