Did every possible thing wrong - staff that said one thing and then did another (did this multiple times) - huge overpricing - held car hostage when they said an hour earlier it was ready to pick up - left interior lights on in the car after working on it so that the battery died and had to be jumped started when we came to pick it up. After happily owning Mazdas for over 30 years - this one dealer repair shop made us decide that we need to switch to a different car brand.

Good service overall. But they recommend unnecessary repairs in my opinion.

Poor service. Did not fix a problem which was covered by warranty. Eventually had to complain to GM. Their work and service was fine after the complaint.
