Poor service. Did not fix a problem which was covered by warranty. Eventually had to complain to GM. Their work and service was fine after the complaint.

My particular service person was fine and the car ultimately got repaired. But I brought a low mileage car in for service and had no idea there were problems and they told me I needed a new out of warranty automatic transmission and it would cost $7000. I worked with the manufacturer (Mazda) and they ultimately resolved the situation so my car was fixed and a quarter of the initial estimate. I bought the car from them and expect4ed management there to be more oriented toward service. Besides, I'm not even sure all they called for was needed.
