I understand that ratings service say to stay away from dealerships for car service. I have purchased two Lexus cars from Lexus of Rockville and have always had my cars serviced there. I have had excellent service over the years. I don't think their prices are exorbitant. Perhaps I could pay less elsewhere, but I don't think I would get the level of service, quality of work, and customer service I get at Lexus of Rockville. My service advisor Jim Baker is the best. He cares about my Lexus as much as I do.

very expensive and they seem to always find an additional service that i "need." the loaner cars are nice but come at a price.
