I would rate the service department as somewhere between horrible and fraudulent. They quoted me 10K for a repair job, which I took because I did not have any other feasible options in light of my needs/ timing. Less than 2 months later, my vehicle was having similar issues. I took the vehicle back, since the work I had just performed was still under warranty. WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE VEHICLE, the service department attendant said "this work won't be covered because it has nothing to do with your prior repair." I said "how do you know that without looking at the vehicle?" I then added "the vehicle has the same power issues." He then looked at the vehicle and "confirmed that the new repairs will be 6K and not under warranty." I immediately said stop everything and don't touch my vehicle. And, btw, this was a vehicle that I had purchased brand new from the dealership. Absolutely shameful conduct.

Poor service. Did not fix a problem which was covered by warranty. Eventually had to complain to GM. Their work and service was fine after the complaint.

Using a dealer for repair or maintenance is more expensive than using a privately owned shop. However, because I bought my car at Ourisman, I feel Ourisman will try to do the best job possible.
