The shop services my Mercedes sedan. Next year they will also service my Mercedes Wagon that I used to service with the dealer through the warranty period. Patrick and his deputy, Imal, used to work at the local Mercedes dealership service department. I know they perform OEM service given that they directly import fully synthetic 5W40 engine oil from Germany, which is OEM engine oil used in MB cars in Europe. (In the US, MB dealers use Mobil 1/M 5W40 engine oil which is equivalent). They provide you with a complimentary loaner as well.
