I believe quality is good, but prices are too high, compared to other shops.

We have bought more than one car from this dealer (at more than one of its locations). We have a service agreement that incentivizes us to use their service. That said, the last few repair/maintenance visits I have worked with Jeff Hudson and found him terrific. I have confidence in him as a 'straight-shooter,' competent and fair. A few years ago I had another service rep who told me my battery needed replacement. It's still going strong. So, in fairness, not all service know what they're doing, but the good ones are really good. I'd work with Jeff's son (who's also in the Rockville office).

I feel more confident that I am not getting taken by this dealer than by dealers in the past. However, it always takes longer than I would like to complete service.
