We have bought more than one car from this dealer (at more than one of its locations). We have a service agreement that incentivizes us to use their service. That said, the last few repair/maintenance visits I have worked with Jeff Hudson and found him terrific. I have confidence in him as a 'straight-shooter,' competent and fair. A few years ago I had another service rep who told me my battery needed replacement. It's still going strong. So, in fairness, not all service know what they're doing, but the good ones are really good. I'd work with Jeff's son (who's also in the Rockville office).

I feel more confident that I am not getting taken by this dealer than by dealers in the past. However, it always takes longer than I would like to complete service.

Horrible customer service...I dropped off one car for a recall and was told it would be done in one day. I went to pick it up, they hadn't even worked on the car and refused to return the car. Took my second car in for a different recall and the service manger called me and told me that state law didn't permit him to have a car leave with the amount of brake pads that were left so I paid for an expensive brake job. Was later told there is no such state law. This was a great dealership years ago, but not now.
