Not very competent mechanics, staff is always too busy when you walk in and usually have to wait, and often suggest an expensive repair option when cheaper alternatives exist. I only use them for recall warranty issues by the manufacturer where I can get the work done at no cost.

came in re factory recall. was advised to make other, overpriced and mostly unneeded repairs costing more than 10 times the value of the car.
