Bill Hamm has worked on both of my older Honda Accords. He has gone above and beyond, e.g.,trying to recreate a starting problem for days and telling me if it ever recurs, to call him and he will come to my home to check out the problem; searching for all sources of an oil spill over several days He has also provided rides home, or driven my car to me. I trust this auto shop implicitly, and their customer service is amazing!
