For a quote on asbestos removal at our residence, we had an estimator come by to take measurements for asbestos tile removal on a basement floor and a living floor, as well as remediate for lead paint, in preparation of a remodel. When I asked three weeks after their visit when I could expect the estimate, I initially received no response. I then inquired again the following week, and they responded that they had been out the week before (albeit no explanation for the other two weeks) and they could not assist on the project as they had no availability "for a while." As I had mentioned that I was not planning on scheduling the asbestos abatement until the following year, I'm highly suspicious of this response -- I think it's possible that the job was simply "too small" for them and not worth their time (or they did not appreciate my follow-up). Although I never saw a remediation crew at work, in the least, I would not recommend them based on this initial interaction.

Very patient with all of our questions about removing asbestos-containing tiles in our basement (we had a lot of questions). Coordinated well with the independent environmental testing company we hired for clearance testing. Passed clearance testing on the first try. Seemed to us very professional.
