I have used this company for probably 15 years as always been very satisfied however, the most recent visit did not meet our standards as information was not provided or completed according to our maintenance agreement, which then led to some flooding in our basement

Only complaint is slowness in billing -- I actually called about not having charges for services performed turn up on my payment method and was told they were had been too busy with work and not caught up with billing. It's been nearly a month and still no charges.
