Eli’s was great with our recent AC issue. Diagnosed the problem quickly, checked and serviced all other parts to make sure they were running properly, and ordered and replaced the part that failed for a good price. Taught us about system maintenance. Very pleasant and knowledgeable technician. The experience was so much better than the first company we met with who quoted us almost 3x more for repair, and suggested a very costly replacement of the entire system instead. Wasted hours listening to a salesman. Glad we decided to get a second opinion and very happy to have found Eli’s for our HVAC needs!
