They came out to give me an estimate for a heat pump, and spent a lot of time explaining aspects of my current HVAC system. Very pleasant and educational. But then I never got sent an estimate. Called them once or twice asking for it, but it never came. Was all very strange.

Have used them for over 20 years. They came out on Christmas day when a compressor went out in the furnace. They have replaced our entire HVAC system and were wonderful in advising brands, sizes etc. (Their recommendations also were spot on w Consumer Reports). Their seasonal pre-checks are thorough and have prevented future problems that could have been prevented had things been checked out early. Only company we have used in over 20 years.

I've used Eli's over the years, but it's been quite a while since my last AC requirement. After many years my AC broke last night. I called Eli's and they had a technician over today. He fixed it and the charge was minimal. Top rating for this great company over a long time.
