We signed up for Eli's maintenance program and the service man who has come to the house has been extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. No coming up with options that are not required as many other HVAC companies do..... just honest talk about our systems. Highly recommend!

They came out to give me an estimate for a heat pump, and spent a lot of time explaining aspects of my current HVAC system. Very pleasant and educational. But then I never got sent an estimate. Called them once or twice asking for it, but it never came. Was all very strange.
