NOT recommended for Heating (reason: last few years failed to adequately service boiler system basic maintenance requirements). Had to call in another company. Recommended for A/C service only.

Excellent service in Germantown area. Tech arrived earlier than expected, and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair. This was at the peak of one of our coldest spells this February. They also performed a a repair on my central AC unit a summer ago with the same efficiency.

They detected we needed a heating exchange and priced out a replacement that they would replace. We researched it ourselves and found out that the exchange was under warranty and would cost us nothing. Stopped using Academy
