Ms. Zang prepared by our 2019 returns. Her work was very sloppy; she made at least a dozen errors, resulting in thousands more in taxes. Instead of correcting all of them, she has been laser focusing on her profit margin. She had no time or inclination to fix errors because she had more profitable work elsewhere. For more than a year, she has used her agents to stonewall my effort for correct errors, recover my cost, and achieve reasonable assurance of my data security on her system. I have worked with many CPAs before, and this is the worst one. Her Web site is pretty (www.smallbusinesscpamd.com), but her work product and ethics are ugly.
