After seeing their great reviews on this site, they were our first stop looking for new carpet. We worked with Steve but also had some interactions with Bruce. We were immediately helped upon entering the store and Steve quickly directed us to the best choices based on what we described we were looking for. Let us take home samples to check out and came next day to take measurements. Quickly delivered pricing which was very competitive. We made our selection and were set up for the install in 1-2 weeks. The whole process could not have been simpler. We also had a special request related to the installation which they handled for us with no problems. Install team did a great job. New carpet looks great and process could not have been easier

Wow. Moved into a new house, and one of our dogs was slipping on the stairs. Based on checkbook reviews, went to Carpet & Vacuum Expo and talked to Steve. He was fabulous. Helped us choose the right carpet and was very informative, and since we were concerned about the dog hurting himself managed to get the carpet ordered (from Georgia), delivered and installed in FIVE DAYS! His crew did an excellent job on the installation, and on top of that his pricing was very good.

Steve and Bruce stayed in contact with us from the selection of carpeting to following up on our experience after the carpeting installation. Customer service, selection of flooring, and installation were seamless. They did a beautiful job and came in at a very competitive price.
