Unlike single family homes in the District - condos must pay for their own trash and recycling service. Our condo has been with Barbour since TenleyTown was bought out by Republic around the time of COVID. Barbour by far provides the absolute best service this condo has ever had. There is no trash in and around the alley after their visit - the receptacles are put back in their place - they have never missed a visit!! I wish all service providers were as good Barbour!!
