the female, whom I believe is one of the owners, is not pleasant. She always acts as if she is doing you a favor by working with you. I bought a very expensive watch there. When it stopped working a few months later, she said she was doing us a favor by repairing it for a charge. once it was "repaired" something else stopped working. we took it back again a she gave us more attitude. When I took her aside to tell her how I was feeling about her about her attitude, she got so loud with me that the other people in the store stopped what they were doing to look. I will never go inn there again.
