The management agents have horrible customer service skills, do not meet the needs of our unit owners, does not send out proper or timely notices, minutes, nor financial data. They use inferior handymen, cleaners and poor quality contractors on condo expense. There is no way I can ever recommend this inferior company to manage a community. DO NOT USE, RUN AWAY, NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! They're not transparent nor have they proven to be good stewards of fiducial responsibilities to unit owners in my community.

How good or bad a property management company is depends on the person(s) who are managing your property. Unfortunately we got a dud as our main manager. He is not responsive. Doesn't meet deadlines. Not interested in retaining our business. Contributed to significant financial issues we now face. His staff is pleasant and tries to help when they can but their hands are tied. Senior management in the company doesn't seem to be interested in retaining our business either. I do not want to provide a name for the property manager for fear of retribution but encourage all readers to make sure you ask for references from current clients who have the property manager who will be assigned to your account.
