We had 2 toilets repaired due to old rusted mounting bolts. We initially contacted him due to one of the toilets leaking, but had him also take a look at another toilet that had never been repaired before. He was able to fix both in just under an hour. The minimum charge is as stated ($155) which covers the initial 30 mins, and then it's $70 per 30 minutes after the initial. He provided a detailed invoice after of the parts used and labor. He arrived on time and took off his shoes at the front door when asked. He also had all the necessary parts with him because he asked for a photo of the toilet tank prior to the appointment. One thing to point out is that he prefers check payment (which I know not everyone has anymore). Very old school with no muss and fuss, just got things done and cleaned up after himself.

We threw a peculiar "old house" plumbing issue at Andy that was guaranteed to test his analytic and problem solving talents, and despite the unusual nature of the problem, he did a fabulous job of resolving our issue. Besides which, he arrived on time (a rare trait in service owners these days), gave us his analysis, made astute recommendations (which we followed) and -- problem solved. A+ all the way.

He put in an outside faucet in the place there had been but the faucet was cut off from the water years before. He gave us an estimate and then it would probably be less. He only charges for his time. It ended costing about 25% less than his original estimate. He didn’t have to move stuff off of furniture as we did that before he came. Pleasant man to work with. To the other person who gave him a mixed review. Call WSSC, they are the ones in charge of the outside turn off. The fact that the grass grew over it, you don’t really know if it actually fit. WSSC needs to make the turn off accessible.
