Very responsive and thorough. Steve did a great job installing our propane fireplace insert and thoroughly demonstrated its use. He loaned us, at no additional cost, small propane tanks to use until a larger tank was installed. The insert works great!

Have used them twice, satisfied both times. Fixed a safety problem with a gas fireplace in a house we bought a couple of years ago. Can be hard to reach during busiest season, so consider getting on their dance card late in the summer -- they offer a discount
