Absolutely first-rate experience with this termite removal service. We had a termite swarm in our bathroom. Alan was able to come out to our home a few days after we called, and quickly assessed the extent of the damage and provided details on the appropriate treatment and cost. This man has been in the business for decades and really knows termites; his understanding inspired high confidence. The actual job was handled quickly and professionally, and the costs were reasonable.

My house had not had a termite inspection in a very long time so I decided to have an inspection done; this company does exclusively termite work; Allen first did the inspection, and was exceedingly thorough, including crawling around in the basement crawl space; he found only very old minimal damage from decades ago, but did recommend prophylactic treatment since termites are so endemic to this area and there was evidence of previous damage; he came back with another worker about a week later to do the treatment, and again was very thorough and efficient; the price was very reasonable and I was very pleased with the entire process; I strongly recommend this company;

Very Highly Recommended!!! Alan, the owner of Benware, performed a free termite inspection of my 38 year old home which had not been inspected for a few years. His inspection was thorough and very educational. He is clearly a knowledgeable termite expert, who explained all about termites and their treatment to me and patiently answered all of my many questions. Thankfully, no termite issues were found, but Alan said that, because of the age of my house, I might want to consider a preventative termite treatment which would last for 10-15 years. His price for the service was very reasonable and there was no high pressure. Alan’s honesty was evident when he mentioned the names of several other reputable termite professionals he recommended in case I wanted other bids. I decided to go ahead and schedule the preventative termite treatment with Benware but had a few more questions in the days after the inspection. I was easily able to reach Alan on his cell, even though he was on vacation out of town. Now that’s amazing customer service! Kathy, the office administrator who answers the phone and schedules the appointments, is very pleasant and helpful. The office phone is answered M-F 8am-2pm & messages left outside of office hours are responded to quickly. Alan and his assistant, John, arrived right on time for the service appointment yesterday. Both Alan and John are very pleasant and friendly and they clearly explained the treatment process before starting. They completed the service skillfully, neatly and efficiently. They cleaned up after the job and were very careful not to disturb the landscaping. Only time will tell if the treatment successfully keeps termites away from my home, but the service includes a 2 year warranty, which can be renewed annually afterwards. I am very pleased with Benware’s service. If you have a termite issue, want a preventative treatment or just want a free inspection, look no further than Benware. The excellent Checkbook reviews are accurate. You won’t be disappointed!
