Not Recommended
Steve does a great job, no doubt. And as others have said, he is worth the wait. That said, having to wait over one month for a call-back to get on his schedule is not acceptable. There is no information on his website or the outgoing phone message that he is out of business or not accepting any jobs. Whoever took over the office is doing Steve’s business’s reputation a disservice.

Steve’s is by far and away the best company I have EVER dealt with (in the 35-plus years I have owned homes in this area). He is 100% good to his word, incredibly knowledgeable about the products he sells, an absolute delight to work with, extremely careful with every aspect of installation and leaves your f/p cleaner than it’s been. (I have never written up and raved about a company in Checkbook, but Steve the fireplace guy deserves all the rave reviews he gets.
