VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Hecox installed a new Lennox hybrid HVAC system (heat pump & backup gas furnace) 2 weeks ago & we couldn’t be happier with the equipment & the service! We started out without a clue about how to choose a replacement for our 38 year old Trane system and ended up getting bids from 8 different companies selling various brands & offering often confusing, conflicting advice. Hecox clearly stood out from the rest as superior. Eli Hecox provided proposals for several levels of gas furnace/ac & gas furnace/heat pump Carrier & Lennox systems, expertly & clearly explained the features of each & patiently answered all of our questions & helped us select a system that would best meet our needs & budget. Eli is a very friendly & nice guy & the online portal for reviewing the proposals from Hecox is very easy to use and extremely helpful. The bids from Hecox were much lower than the bids from other companies. The administrative staff is very responsive, helpful & pleasant. Gayle Hecox, the owner of the family business, who conducts the pre installation visit is a pleasant, friendly, highly skilled HVAC expert. The installation team is very skilled, efficient, hard working, friendly & simply excellent. They cleaned up the work area perfectly after the installation & gave us a great overview of how to manage our new system. The other glowing reviews on Checkbook are accurate. Look no further for Carrier & Lennox Installations!! You won’t be disappointed!!
