Zeke arrived 15 minutes earlier than he was scheduled and I received a text with his picture included so I would recognize him. It was my first time using Hecox and I was impressed because he took the time to explain to me the condition of my furnace. I was very pleased and will contact them for my air-conditioning check-up in the spring.

Family-owned business. Excellent communication, pricing, and workmanship. They first fixed a problem with my old HVAC system that my prior HVAC company couldn’t find and later installed a new system that is both more efficient and less expensive than my prior HVAC company offered. Highly recommend.

We sourced a heat pump from Hecox a year ago. Met with Gail (the owner) and his son Eli. Gail amended the proposed unit to be smaller; perhaps this should have been the first sign that something was amiss. When the unit was installed, the installers did not notice that they blocked the air filter port; we could not install a new air filter! On calling them, they suggested that we disassemble the panel next to the filter to swap it out. Even the owner stood behind this suggestion. After insisting that they make this right, they came out and did the obvious: cut the (PVC) pipe and connected a workaround pipe that allowed air filter maintenance. I can see no excuse for this other than a lack of attention by the installers. Very disappointed. Planning to avoid doing business with them going forward.
