I wish I could give this firm a good recommendation, but they never return phone calls or voice mail messages. They've done my taxes for several years and when I need them most, at a time when my tax situation has changed, I have no way of contacting them and they do not return calls. If you get on their appointment calendar, they do a great job with taxes, but getting them to respond seems to be an impossible task.
