Hi Ms. Lucas: I trust that your day is pleasant and your week also. I hope that you have read my dissatisfaction response that I shared with you. Ultimately, I hope that someone in the office will consider acting upon my request to give me some kind of considerate refund due to spending money on something that was in my opinion diagnosed incorrectly. I have sent a letter of response to Washington Checkbook and Yelp about my experience on the three occasions that I was at DarCars New Carrollton for the same problem and it has yet to be fixed properly without my spending an exorbitant amount of money. I would gently offer that this dissatisfaction expressed note be shared with someone who can look into this complaint and get back to me with a response. No response is unacceptable and down right unprofessional in my opinion. Have a Great Day! I have tried a few times to get DarCars of New Carrollton to address the issue that I brought my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for, but they were unable to fix the problem after three tries. I spent over a thousand dollars to get the problem of the grinding noise that I hear in the wheel base especially when it is cold. Note, I did what they suggested in terms of fixing the issue, but the things that they did didn't fix the problem. Now, they won't respond to my request to consider doing something diplomatic to help me recover something toward getting a problem fixed, but they have suggested another fix at the price of $2400-3000. Beware of DarCars in New Carrollton for service. Trust me.
