Jerry came as scheduled to change the locks and provide new keys for a newly purchased house in northern Montgomery County. I chose him based on his Checkbook rating, his ability to do this work (I was amazed by how many locksmihs have specialized), and his ability to meet our schedule. He was able to converge 9 locks, originally from several different manufacturers, onto 2 keys. He had everything in his van to do the work in one trip. Very efficient, and pleasant to talk with about his profession. I can't fully comment on price comparison, because I didn't shop around. Considering the care and skill he showed, his price was fair or better than fair for the time he spent on the job.

Exceptional same day service at a reasonable price. We are extremely satisfied and would use Jerry Martin (owner) again. He was able to fix our Baldwin Brass lock when the spring box assembly wore out after approximately 15 years. He was extremely competent and knowledgeable, and also very pleasant to deal with.

My front door lock would not unlock. Jerry Martin, the new owner, came when promised. He called while he was on his way to let me know when he would get there. He took apart the lock, cleaned it out, put in a new dead bolt, and adjusted the strike plate on the door frame. It now works like a dream. Jerry also gave me tips on how to keep the lock in good working condition going forward and charged me less than he had estimated.
