Get second opinions when working with this contractor. He told me there was mold in two places where two other experts said there was not. A well respected home inspector was concerned that I consulted with RTS who knows this company well and doesn't think highly of them. He told me RTS uses aggressive scare tactics to get owners to work quickly with them. I had damaged old drywall removed for one sixth the price RTS quoted. RTS measurements were off also.
