We have used this provider twice. In both cases, it was necessary to order parts and then schedule a second visit to install them. Neither situation was an emergency, so the delay was not a problem.

Follow up: Called Tony Reddix December 30, 2024 about an alarming "problem": hot, overheated gaskets in freezer and refrigerator doors of our 2001 Whirlpool fridge. He said it's likely not the gaskets. A wire under the outer skin of the fridge is designed to heat those areas, to prevent condensation and drips. "It's normal. And it's not new. You probably never noticed it." No service call. No charge. And the fridge still works fine.

Just had a very poor interaction with this company. Had a problem with my refrigerator so I called them for assistance. We diagnosed what we believed to be the problem over the phone and made an appointment for later the following week for the repair. Upon the technician's arrival (he was completely masked, which was fine, but important later) he did not offer to remove his shoes or wear any type of protection for my carpets and floors, which I did not appreciate much. But I figured I would overlook that to just get the repair work done. So we both moved upstairs to the kitchen, where he requested that "if we are going to be in the same room, I would prefer you wear a mask." He was not particularly friendly about it, and I responded that it was my home and since he did not warn me or give me prior notice that he requires me to be masked, I would agree to move to a different floor of the house. And I did so, without any further communication. Two minutes later, without doing any work, or saying anything else but a "have a nice day," he leaves the house. That's it. So, overall, a super unprofessional individual (in my opinion). Good luck with them if you choose to utilize them. And wear a mask.,
