Wall oven problems, smelling gas and temperature set taking too long. Called explaining symptoms and he knew right away what the problem was, Came out with parts on hand and did repair quickly and efficiently. Used before with good results. Would recommend.

We have used this provider twice. In both cases, it was necessary to order parts and then schedule a second visit to install them. Neither situation was an emergency, so the delay was not a problem.

Follow up: Called Tony Reddix December 30, 2024 about an alarming "problem": hot, overheated gaskets in freezer and refrigerator doors of our 2001 Whirlpool fridge. He said it's likely not the gaskets. A wire under the outer skin of the fridge is designed to heat those areas, to prevent condensation and drips. "It's normal. And it's not new. You probably never noticed it." No service call. No charge. And the fridge still works fine.
