Recommended
Gutter Helmet used to provide free product cleaning. Now there is a service access charge for the time and expense of coming to clean the product. Free cleaning on request was the major reason I bought the helmets in the first place, so I believe this surcharge is a breach of purchase understanding.

Had to replace an existing Gutter Helmet system installed many years ago because of the color variation became too noticeable (that GH product was no longer available). Even though the GH was working we were given a discount on the replacement. Although GH stated it will take care o any clogged system, it appears there is now a $50 service charge to compensate for company's associated fuel costs, etc.
