The representative was rude when he came to my house to give an estimate to install mini-split AC in the basement. He did not send an estimate. He pulled down an access panel from the ceiling and did not put it back, acted as if he was 'lord of the manor;

Bill Egge is terrific. Very knowledgeable, efficient. Took time to advise on running appliances and also the pro and cons of replacing(Sanyo Split Systems) that is basically aging out.
